What adapter should I get for my Canon t4i using a Tokina 70-210mm lens?

Question by Matthew: What adapter should I get for my Canon t4i using a Tokina 70-210mm lens?
My mum gave me some vintage lenses, one of which was a Tokina 70-210mm lens. I wanted to know which adapter I should buy so I can use it on my t4i. I would also like to know what adapter to get for a Tokina 50mm 1:1.7 lens.

you need to know which mount the Tokina lenses have then get that mount to EOS adaptor.

  1. Tokina was a third-party manufacturer and their lenses were made in a variety of mounts – BrianR’s right, but adapting from one mount to another is usually a bad idea.

Independents like Tokina didn’t make 50mm lenses, they left that up to the camera manufacturers.
