So for christmas I really want a nikon camera my first professional camera. Is there a camera by Nikon where you can share the pictures to Facebook and/or instagram?

Not if you want a professional or advanced model. Nikon only offers built in wireless in its amateur and fun cameras, not in “serious” cameras – unless you want to pay over $ 9,000.
However, you can buy SD cards to store your photos which are wireless enabled, and which fit many Nikon SLRs, or you can buy a wireless “dongle” that attaches to the cameras hot-shoe or to the port on the side of cameras like the D3200, making it possible to upload from the camera direct, once you have configured the system (you need a computer for that, and you have to download an Android App to make it work properly, as I understand it.
If you are not really looking for a professional camera, but just want a quality Nikon for non-professional use, some of Nikon’s Coolpix cameras come with wireless: the Nikon Coolpix P1, P2, P3, P4 or S6.
