This being a point and shoot it may not have these options. If it does it should be apparent on the camera. If not that it’s a menu item and details should be in your owner’s manual.
Only high end P&S cameras have this option. Not owning a Sony I don’t know for sure but, as I say, your camera may not have this option.

The H20 only shoots in Auto/Program and Manual Modes.
You can take control of your shots by putting it in manual mode .
For Aperture Priority (depth of field control), select the aperture you want with the left/right arrow, compose the image, then select the shutter speed with the up/down arrows until the exposure value reading in the viewfinder says “0EV”.
For Shutter Priority (motion control), do the opposite, set your desired shutter speed with the up/down arrow, compose the image, then find the right aperture with the left/right arrows.
If you are trying to automatically get the fastest shutter speed in changing conditions (i.e. sports), just use the H-20’s sport mode. Another trick is to manually precompose your metering and just fire away when the subject hits the spot you are prepared for.
