   Does not work for photography lighting like the category it is placed in and does not help unless you know how to convert all the things to find your shutter speed and aperture

   I use this all of the time to check ambient light levels when scouting locations for a shoot or at new customer’s sites. The numbers are on the money. After all of these months, am still using the original batteries. Highly recommend.

   I’m an electrician, not a lighting or electrical engineer. I have a small greenhouse and am hoping to have a successful tomato crop started early. I attempted to find out on line all I could about candlepower, lumens, lux, etc. I got a glimmer of what they were trying to tell me. this Luxmeter, helped me to figure out what I wanted to know.Very inexpensive for a complicated device. I’ll know much better when the tomatos come in.
